Decided to pick a cattail while walking my pup and spent a snowy day in drawing it in colored pencil. I’m pretty pleased with the result.

After wandering around in the woods, I decided to take home some plant specimens to do studies. I think this is periwinkle, but would love to be corrected if it’s not. I did a light sketch in pencil and finished it in Prismacolor colored pencils.
